Magento bitcoin plugin

Hi all,

I'm currently developing a micro webshop - and of course bitcoin is on the 'should be accepted before going live' list

We've gone with Magento and are running the latest version. There are a few bitcoin plugins, mainly provided by BitPay / Coinbase / etc. Rather than going through a third party, I'd rather have a plugin that is truly peer-to-peer (ie, we receive 100% in bitcoin and verify on our own bitcoin node(s) if a payment is received). We will ship after 1 confirmation, so no extra anti-fraud measures are necessary.

Can anyone recommend a Magento plugin (hopefully free!) that does this without extra third parties?

Thanks! Yes I found that one, too. It seems to be exactly the idea that I was playing with. But it has not been maintained for 5 years (and Magento changed a lot in that time), so it most certainly will not be compatible with the current versions of Magento and (given its age) probably does not use HD public keychains. It would be a great basis to write a new module from, but not ready to be used in it's current form.

Hopefully someone will pick up the torch for this. It will be great when anyone can accept bitcoin without having to ask Bitpay or Coinbase for an account as well.
