I've been developing a website for quite a long time now. My main incentive for creating it was me getting kind of sick of all the fake volume and metrics mainly on CMC.
It's similiar to CMC, Coingecko etc but has one main difference - it excludes wash/fake trading exchanges. All the data on the site is collected in real-time from the exchanges' matching engines and then analyzed to filter (any) wash trading. The algorithm behind that is currently proprieaty, but I might release it on Github in the future. The site also comes with a handy Trading Terminal which shows you trading sentiment, last trades, OHLC candles, volume etc. from exchanges/pairs which you select, of course also in real-time.
You can also take a look at all trades in real-time and all exchanges' orderbooks through the site. It also has a category for rankings based on liquidity - which is a far better metric for ranking crypto assets than market cap in my opinion.
If you are a developer yourself you can take a look at the websites API. It is for free and will be forever. I've seen other companies (cryptowatch, coinapi etc) charging a lot of money for the data they provide, so I made a similar API, but completely for free, because information should be free.
