Help needed to install charity faucet script

Hi I have a script already donated for a faucet as part of the promotion of a new bitcoin-funded initiative to create a network for African communities to access the internet freely. It's part of a wider initiative and we already have 2 pilot projects who will benefit greatly from acquiring a decent connection and controlling their own internet presence.

I tried to install it but got some errors, all I need is someone willing to help as I set it up (preferably, as doing it for me would leave me no wiser).
