(HELP) BitcoinVideoCasino Withdrawal

Hi guys, I need your help. I’ve just won an okay amount on bitcoin video casino, the site is great tbh if the withdrawal was better for iPhones as it’s hard to click the cash out button. But I managed to then found out I have a permanent withdrawal address which I don’t know if I have access to, I did a lookup and there’s no transactions to that address in months and I don’t want to risk it. Is there anything I can do? Any help is appreciated from members or the casinos staff.

Rubbish casino! Ended up putting it all back in, BitcoinVideoCasino you need to sort your smartphone website out you have been going how long and you can’t even cash out on an a iPhone because you can’t click the cash out button and when you do you have a permanent cash out address you can’t change?! WTF
