Hi, so i got my monthly statement from bitcoin today, but it is not showing in my bitcoin wallet. I also cant find rhe place where I type my bitcoin address so they know where to send it. Am i doing something wrong?

Is the monthly statement from the Bitcoin.com Mining Pool? Or somewhere else or some other company?
