This is a scam. I will be posting this across many forums as to ruin this guy's scam. He basically has tons of fake proof to lure you in and then makes you pay. Finally he deletes the chat and so that you have no proof against him. This guy is a rat. DO NOT TRUST HIM. Go for an escrow based seller.
