Waiting for support since 3months?!? Is "@ok(dot)de" a blacklisted e-Mail?

Hello everyone,

I wrote e-Mails to "pool@bitcoin(dot)com" with my "...@ok(dot)de" e-mail and I didn't get any answer since 20 may 2019. After a while of no response I tried to register my account for this forum. It was for me impossible to register my "@ok(dot)de" account, because I didn't get the activation e-mail. I looked forward in my inbox and in my spam folder. There wasn't any e-mail from "bitcoin(dot)com".
The registration with my "...@googlemail(dot)com" account ran faultless and there wasn't any issues.

Can I somehow contact the admin or can somebody please help me?

Thank you for reaching out here on the Forum.

Wanted to note here that contacting pool@bitcoin.com specifically from your own @ok.de email is working now (not sure yet about other @ok.de email addresses) .

We are also looking into Forum registration with @ok.de email addresses. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. Greatly appreciated.
