Trading $ for BTC

Hi Bitcoin forums.

I'm new to BTC and, due to a combination of security concerns and bank policies, I am unable to buy BTC but I would still like to. Recently I tried to using multiple websites and ended up buying a virtual gift card because my card was declined because my bank doesn't allow crypto transactions. This left me with a gift card with money I can't do much with and still a desire for BTC.

I'm looking for someone to do a little trade for BTC that has vouches and et cetera that is willing to deposit BTC in my wallet in exchange for PayPal transfer and a gift card that is usable anywhere online in the USA. Obviously since these are alternatives methods and there is an associated risk, I will pay 1.5x-2x and we can work out a method where we can confirm each other's funds or use a 3rd party.

Using to pay:
-A VISA Virtual gift card with $180 valid through 2026 and usable anywhere online and in the USA
-PayPal to transfer the rest of the money I had planned on converting to BTC *after* the first successful transaction
(Total around $200-250 for BTC at whatever rate we agree to)

Willing to use a 3rd party or if the person has a good rep and a lot of vouches then I would be willing to go first. Or if you know someone who can help me out, let me know. Thanks all.
