[help] my bitcoins were sent by the wallet, I set only2BTC, BUT ALL MY 147 WERE ALSO SENT

Yesterday I was trying to send TWO bitcoins to an address from my Arcbit wallet. When I settle all the account address and amount, I pressed "review payment button". Since it didn't work at first, I pressed the second time.

After around 15seconds, it turned to the next page with two error box. As it happened before, I just pressed "okay " button and checked all the details, in which, the miner fee is set as 0.00001by auto.

But when I pressed the "confirm" button, the Arcbit wallet app crashed. My iphone show only black and then brought me back to the homepage of iphone. As I reopened the app, I saw all my bitcoins are sent.

Then I tracked the transaction ID on blockchain.

It took so long to deliver that TWO Bitcoins to the right address due to the low miner fee, but all my remaining bitcoins are gone as well. I tried so many times to ask for arcbit support but there is no reply from them.

So here is my questions:
1. Anyone experienced that before?
2. Anyone having details about Arcbit?
3. I used to wonder is it the problem of change, but it showed 149...bitcoins were sent. Is there any theory able to explain? Will it eventually back to my wallet?
4. What can I do to protect my right?

Did you make a backup of the arc bit wallet?

Yes I did, should I do that now? Because the transaction is still in confirming. The no. Of confirm is still growing.

Yes, go to settings, show backup phrase and write it down. Keep it in a safe place. Now download electrum on PC or Mac from electrum.org and restore with the backup phrase, the 147 bitcoins should show up.

To restore, open electrum, select auto server, click on new wallet> standard wallet> I have seed> put the backup phrase > click options and tick the bip39 option> click next > select legacy as derivation path> click next and the coins should show up. Let me know if this helps.

Have you resolved this? If not, try this;

Go to the account tab on arcbit, click on the account that had the btc before this issue, you'll see a bunch of options, click on scan for reusable address payment and put the transaction id there, the coins should show up.

Hi everyone,

I followed danvee's to recover (i'm not sure about the wording). It's nice to see them back.

But now I have other problems: I saw that the confirmations are still ongoing.

What are those confirmations really means?
Why are there like thousands confirmations? Isn't the confirmation standard 6 or 60?
Can I transfer those coins even the confirmations are not yet completed?

As for danvee, after I have settled everything down, I'm pretty sure that you will be receiving something:)
