Cant make purchases in Texas?

You mean the whole state Texas in America now ? How it's even possible ? Have you tried....emmm ... to change some of your current locations like town or so ? I mean where you figured it out it doesn't work in Texas ? I think it's somewhat unbelievable.

If you cant make a purchase then a notification of why you cannot should be available. If there is no notification then you are using the wrong procedure. Make sure you understand what you are doing before you try tu make any purchases. There are some necessary procedures that have to be followed for a successful purchase.

Maybe your country is just not supported. you can try using a different registration method for your account. If they cant tell where you are then you might be able to purchase from somewhere else even though you are in mexico. Try that and tell me if it works out. We can then try another way if it is not successful.
