🧼 DashCore v0.14 — translations work and final optimizations + polishing for next release candidate

Integrated gRPC and TX Filter Stream Service to DAPI + DAPI-Client for SPV

‍🦰 Introduced metadata with a user ID for Documents in DPP to be used for contact requests in DashPay

Implemented receiving of unconfirmed payments in DashPay

Successfully sending payments between Evolution Contacts (backend coding) in DashWallet iOS

Quorum list retrieval in DashWallet iOS to support Dash Core v0.14

Added support for ChainLocks in DashWallet Android

Integrated ability to register user in DashWallet Android
