Error when using my app "Error Getting Customer Information - Not authorized"

Can you advise, when I use my App on my iPhone, to click the "Buy Bitcoin Cash Now" button, an error occurs as follows "Error Getting Customer Information - Not authorized"


I have made my first purchase, which was limited to a small amount which appeared. I have since made another purchase on your website and I am concerned it will not appear.
