Bitok.com problem

I add funds to http://bitok.com i find bitok in https://www.bitcoin.com/buy-bitcoin and now its more 2 days website undergoing maintainence and bitok support not know when they will back.
is that website safe and trusted ?

Please if you have any information about the website if they have problem and will take long time to back, hacked, scam .... etc please let me know

Never really heard of them before, it says they'll be back soon and soon can mean a week/month.. it doesn't looks good right now.
