BITCOIN SENT TO PUBLIC KEY WALLET AT 0

I have sent BTC worth 177USD into my wallet and i put it into a private wallet named Mine then I got my wallet slip and scanned my QR for Public adress and sent it back into there and into the Mine wallet my wallet is at 0.00 now I am confused as this is my first time dealing with this app and bitcoin ???

Can you please explain what wallets you are talking about here. What is your "wallet slip" is that a paper wallet?
It sounds like you maybe transferring BTC to and from a paper wallet.

yeah bro I’ve done all of this I sent it to so meone called Ciaran Ciarraher or something through the bitcoin wallet email and I have recieved no reply ??? It was through your app and yes it was because I received the btc from my paper wallet through private key and then transferred it to some public key thing and it says on the transaction recieved to my wallet but I can’t see it ??? If you want screenshots I can send them you but I’m not comfortable with doing it publicly as I don’t know what people can do with that information (I’m fairly new )
