Help! I can't activate my account

Hello! So I tried activating my Bitcoin account yesterday. However, I had accidentally typed in the wrong "amounts" that they sent to my bank account to verify the account. So, it locked me out for 24 hours. Today, 24 hours later, I tried typing in the correct amounts and it still won't accept them. Help! I just want this account to be set up so I can my my necessary transactions

I am guessing she is talking about Coinbase/Circle/Xapo or other similar exchanges, they're the ones who verify your account by depositing 2 amounts and then you have to tell the exact amounts which were credited, if you do it wrong, account gets blocked. Paypal and similar e wallet services do this too.
