Bitcoins confirmed but not sent?

So I used the bitcoin.com app to send bitcoins to another Bitcoin address, and the transaction confirmed on my end but the other Bitcoin address didn't get what I sent. It's been about 3 hours since then and nothing. Is there any way to fix that?

Sorry to hear that. Did you send BCH or did you send BTC?

Is the receiving party also using the Bitcoin.com wallet app? If so, please review the Bitcoin.com Wallet FAQ:

and walletsupport.bitcoin.com/article/108/sent-funds-not-showing-up-at-receiving-address

If the receiving party is not using the Bitcoin.com they may want to contact their wallet provider's support team.

Aside from that, can you tell us whether it's confirmed with 1 confirmation, or 3+ confirmations? If you're sending to an exchange or other service, it may take a while with 5 or 6 confirmations.

Perhaps if you don't mind sharing, posting the txid so we can have a look?
