To me personally the blocksize issue shows that bitcoin has a centralization issue and that bitcoins consensus mechanism is probably not working as intended.

Usually I am checking first how congested the mempool is before I trigger a transaction.
"This feels very inconvenient so I am mostly holding back on transactions on the Bitcoin blockchain because it is always uncertain if and when the transaction gets through.

In the past half year it happened to me that I had to wait hours for a confirmation so the process of a transaction turned out slowly becoming unreliable.

So at this point, buying Bitcoin is sort of a gamble even though the price seems cheap.

Also, I am not willing to pay unnatural fees initiated by Blockstream Core minions purposefully crippling the block size." - dappsWL

It's impossible to predict fee precisely when blocks are near full, because it's not sufficient to pay minimal fee that miners charge, you must compete with other users, and you don't know what fee other user may use.

For such company we need some payroll services. You can get all done in one stuff.Businesses may hire an external firm to handle all payroll functions to save time and money, reducing the need for in-house trained payroll staff, purchasing and maintaining appropriate software packages, and staying compliant with updated payroll audit audit paie legislation .
