Actually, I'm very unhappy with the results at Genesis-Mining.

To try it, I bought a 2 years contract for X11 mining, with 7.5 MH/s. Its was just 60 $, but for the results I could have thrown the money right out of my window...
I'm mining Dash and Monero with 3.75 MH/s each and the results are plain miserable.
Just for Dash I get about 0.0064 Dash per day.



For comparison: I've got a VPS for backup reasons and thought that it was a nice idea to use one CPU for mining, too.
So, there I have about 11 H/s ! Not MH/s, just 11 Hashes per second.
But here I get about 1 Dash per day.



Correct me if I'm wrong, but I expected much better and higher mining results from a contract which guarantees me about 300.000 fold hashig power, compared to the one CPU hashing on my VPS.

Genesis Mining has never been a good deal for customers. Remember they are in business to make money for the company first of all. They will not run at a loss. I do not think you should ever buy hosted mining from a company that does not have an exchange that lets you sell your hashing power if you decide to. That limits you to Hashnest and BW.com. BW.com is the better deal now because Hashnest has not started selling S9 hash. Actually I would forget bitcoin mining at this time and learn to increase your bitcoin through altcoin trading. That is where the real profits are to be made but trading is not for beginners.
