Always wanted to live in LA and now I have a chance to move there. I've found a house in Santa Monica which is not so expensive but I'd have to spend quite a lot on renovation. As far as prices in the area are high, I don't really know if that's a good idea to buy this exact house and spend money on renovation or it would be cheaper to buy a house in a mint condition.

LA is too expensive as for me. I would rather purchase a house somwere in Florida, it's cheaper but you can buy a bigger house there.

I am going to buy a house in LA too but with a big porch and going to make it natural as much as I can. To plant different trees and flowers and also to put cactuses in pots.
