I NEED YOUR HELP ON BITCOIN SENDING

I went to bitcoin AtM to send to Bitcoin wallet address . I created account and its created Bitcoin wallet address for me and give a private key . And I'm trying to transfer the btc I bought into another btc wallet . I didn't get it. I only got a sms receipt on phone with a btc address and private key. No receipt printed out on the machine.. it's was a bitcoin coinlinx atm machine. Please help me through how to transfer the btc into another real bitcoin address. I'm in New Jersey .

Sorry to hear that.

1. What bitcoin wallet application are you using?

2. Or if it's an account what website are you logging into?

3. Did you receive the BTC which you purchased at the ATM?

Please be careful with private keys. Seems strange that a company would text you a private key.

Please never share your private key(s) (or backup phrase / mnemonic / seed words) with anyone. Moreover, when adding them to a wallet application please make sure to exercise due diligence (is the wallet app safe and secure?).

Please provide more details (and answers to the questions above).
