Sent USD from Poloniex account to Bitcoin Address on Coinbase

It seems I have made a mistake. I tried to transfer USD from my Poloniex account to my Bitcoin Address on coinbase. Coinbase is telling me that there is no possible way to retrieve it. Is this correct or is there some way to make this work?

Coinbase can help you retrieve it, even though they might not know it or they might not want to.

A USDT address is the same as a Bitcoin address. If you import the private key for the Bitcoin address into a USDT wallet, you will be able to sent the USDT. Sorry, I can't give you details because I am unfamiliar with Omni (aka Mastercoin).

Hey did you happen to get any solutions to this issue? I just did the same exact mistake. Poloniex USDT to coinbase BTC Address. Please get back to me if they helped or not. I will be taking them to court if something is to not go through properly as this seems to be a common issue.

Hi OP,
Were you able to resolve this? I made the exact same mistake. Sent USDT from poloniex to Coinbase BTC address. Poloneix customer service send me the OMNI transection which shows the transfer was completed and funds are available at the host address at Coinbase. However in my coinbase there is not USD. Poloneix doesn't offer any help. They are telling me that they can not retrieve this.

I submitted request to Coinbase and hoping to get this resolved. Did you ever resolve this?

Why do you need transection ID? The situation is exactly the way OP and I described. Can you help ?
