I discovered this method while messing around last night and decided I'd like to share the method with others. The method involves completing a registration and deposit on an offerwall, but the payout is higher than what you need to complete the offer. You'll earn $12.00 in under ten minutes using this method. It does, however, require investment. The payout is instant.
Step One:
Register an account an account at Cointiply:

Step Two:
Once you have registered an account, navigate to the "Offer Walls" tab on the top of the page.
Step Three:
Find "AdGateMedia" on the offer walls page. It's easy to find and in the top row.
Once you've opened the AdGatemedia wall, sort the offers by highest paying first. It should look like this:
Find the "Fanduel" offer. It's worth 122,400 Credits. ($12.24)
The offer requires you to deposit a minimum of $10.00 into the app, but you will earn $12.24 on Cointiply for doing so. (That is a $2.24 profit. Not a lot, but you can put it towards other offers/advertisements etc.)
The payout confirms directly after completing your deposit, so you don't need to worry about not getting your money. (I have also included payment proofs on the bottom of this page.)

Step Four:

What can I do with my earnings?
You can withdraw to your private wallet by clicking your username in the upper right corner of the website, than clicking the "withdraw" button. There is a 100,000 coin minimum withdraw limit. (You have well over that from the offer you just completed.)
You can purchase PTC Ads on their website. They start at 5 second views for 15 coins per view. (This could get you 5,000 eight second clicks.)
