recovery phrase not working - help needed!

Bitcoin Wallet.com app deleted from phone. when reinstalled i can not recover my bitcoin addresses or balances -
I added the recovery phrase but not being accepted, how do i recover my addresses/balances..........Help needed!

Check the seed well. you probably misspelled something.

Depends on what exactly you mean by "..recovery phrase but not being accepted.."

Are you receiving an error or some other message? If so, please provide that.

NOTE: Please never share your recovery phrase (word seed / mnemonic) or private keys with anyone.

Also, it may be as danvee stated above (misspelled something).

Also, are you sure that you have the words in the in correct order?

If so, maybe (as danvee pointed out) you have one (or more) of the words spelled incorrectly or maybe wrote down as a similar sounding word.

Please see if you can find your 12 words on the list. If one (or more) cannot be found please look for a word which starts with the same 3 or 4 letters and that is probably the word you are looking for.
