I took the course and I encourage everyone to take it too. I thought I knew enough about Bitcoin and I soon realized how wrong I was when I started the course. I guess 'the more I know, the more I don't know'. And that's very encouraging because it will make me learn more and more.
Another good thing about this course is I feel I'm armed with more knowledge about Bitcoin that will make it easier for me to talk about it with other people outside the community. So yeah, I guess spreading the word is always a good thing. I honestly stopped doing that because I feel everything I say falls over deaf ears. But the fact that they made this course makes me think that there really is a need for Bitcointards (lol) spreading the word. Or at least point them to the right direction like this course.
I know some of you are disillusioned. I am one of those people too. But I say, let's keep going and see where this road leads to. Keep spreading the word because this is more than just a 'tech revolution'. This is a social one too. We haven't even really seen the effects of a huge breakthrough like Bitcoin and blockchain tech on society in a grand scale yet. But it's there, creeping it's way into mainstream society, making it better.
