Which exchanges aint allowing USA people to trade?

Which exchanges/margin exchanges are not allowing USA people to trade at all or give them more verification than others?

Im speaking about situatio nwhen you just want to deposit/withdrawal BTC not USD.

I know some exchanges and casinos [ie PrimeDice] dont allow USA, i would just like to know which ones.


Any USA people can tell me ?
