Sent BCH transaction 11 days ago, haven't seen it yet in wallet it was sent to

I am having issues trying to track down any information on the general BCH transaction confirmation time. Blockchain claims my transaction is confirmed, but the wallet I sent the BCH to still doesn't have it yet. I've confirmed the address is correct. Does anyone know how long it currently takes to send a BCH transaction through the system?

BCH transactions should show up immediately in your bitcoin cash wallet.

What bitcoin wallet application are you using (e.g., Bitcoin.com wallet, Blockchain.com wallet)?

Also, did you accidentally send BTC to your BCH wallet (or vice versa)?

Please provide answers to the foregoing questions (please also feel free to provide any other relevant and helpful info).
