Be VERY careful when lending bitcoins. There are scammers around the world who would love to permanently separate you from your bitcoins.

I have Paid-Off (Free & Clear house) I want to borrow 35BTC

Sun Jan 15, 2017 7:06 pm

I have a small house in Beavercreek Ohio, which is a affluent suburb of Dayton Ohio.
It is now standing as a vacant rental property. ( maintenance is up-kept , I visit it at least every other day)
I would like to borrow 35 BTC against it.
It has a net value (USD) of around 75 to $80,000

A little bit about the physical house.
It is in a platt type of neighborhood of about 110 houses, all of which are pretty much identical ... so 'valuation' is easy to be assured.

I have owned it since 1972 when I was 16.
it started out as a 4 bedroom house I knocked 2 walls out and remodeled it into a 2-bedroom house around 1994. ( actually one bedroom & a home office).
Vinyl Sided, Bath & a Half , Natural Gas Forced air furnance, Central Air 24X24 Detached Garage with power garage door opener

I am offering a first mortgage on the house done by a disinterested Ohio CPA or attorney of your choice.
All rules of a Ohio mortgage will be followed.
( I have, in the past, used A CPA and Loaned money to a Construction company on a first Mortgage against a rental house property that they owned.. it was profitable)
My purpose use of this money is to move back into this house and equip and run a small to medium size Bit Mining operation.

The government's Dodd-Frank law makes it very difficult for me to get a mortgage loan against the property .
I don't have a job.. I am a retired body man. And I am now currently the volunteer body man for America's Packard Museum in Dayton Ohio)
at one time I had an extensive collection of classic cars . I have been buying and building since 1971 ... and I have been selling them off for about the last 8 years no income reported... ( over 30 Yrs, 40yrs.. how can you know what you have in a car ?!!? But I doubt if you consider the storage costs and my labor... certainly no profit exists ..so No income, No taxes.
My view is-
I OWN the equity in my property.!!
The government getting in the way of me using that Equity to start a business or in any way that I wish to use it, is just another example of why we need BITCOIN.
I'm offering a very high interest rate AND a Reference Follow adjustment of the price Movement of BTC
Thank You,
Sorry about the long post

If you are having troubles with the government using the equity in the property then how is a lender surpossed to sell the property is you default on the loan?

...
I know what you mean... I've owned houses and didn't have a traditional job... so traditional loans are typically not an option.

Anyways..

(1) What's the address?

(2) What's the city or county appraisal value of the land and the dwelling?

(3) Do you have the abstract of title? (This is a report which shows all of the previous sales, owners, sales prices, dates and other data going back to the original purchase or homestead of the land and dwelling

(4) When and why did you get interested in Bitcoin?

The Government stops the banks From Lending if you don't have a approved job. Selling off my old cars is not considered a job.

I could sell it in a heartbeat..
Don't wanna

1- Mayville Dr Dayton, Ohio 45432
( I'll put the house number in a private message but this is a platt of homes that are all basically the same)

2. Last sale was 1972
I will get the abstract

3. Auditor values are
18000 land
51880 structure
69880 total

I heard John Stossel say that his best investment he's ever made was $100 Bitcoin which was up to $500 when he said it. He bought one Bitcoin.
Been watching it since then, bought my first BTC early Nov 2016

You'd have to find just the right person who'd be interested in this deal. Moreover, it would likely be someone who has studied contract law. I do have one friend who is thoroughly familiar with contract law (Harvard) but I don't really and truly know if he'd be interested in loaning 35 bitcoins (or approximately $35,000 USD).

You've made an excellent move in posting your offer here at the forum.bitcoin.com

I suggest adding a lot more information and pictures to this thread regarding your offer and the house itself. Also seriously considering sharing more about your your mining plans. Make the offer as interesting and compelling as you can. Do so in a number of additional posts (not just one or two tremendously long ones) on this same thread.

As you shop your offer around elsewhere online (or anywhere) you can cite this thread instead of trying to explain everything all over again.

Keep adding new information and updates. Don't let the thread get buried and perhaps never seen again.

I look forward to reading more and I'll pass your information along to others who may be interested in your offer.

I also want to have my own house in a nice neighborhood. My dream. I'm working on it now. This year I earned enough money to buy a modern house here https://kinghomesnsw.com.au next year. Of course, I did not earn money for repairs, but I think it's not a problem. My father told me that walls and a roof over your head is the most important thing. I want to wish you good luck, because it's very important!
