confirmed transaction but reciever says pending

Cam someone please help me I sent payment and it is confirmed but when I go to my receiving account there's nothing and I ask them and they say its pending not approved yet is that normal

Hi, sorry to hear that. Are you saying that you purchased bitcoins and they haven't arrived yet in your bitcoin wallet (and what wallet application are you using)?

If so, where did you purchase the bitcoins at? For example, the service on https://buy.bitcoin.com is provided by Simplex.com. If you have not received your Bitcoin Core (BTC) or Bitcoin Cash (BCH) purchase from them, or have any other issues regarding that service, please contact the Simplex support team at partners.support@simplex.com

Were you expecting to received BCH or was it BTC? (Did you accidentally use the wrong wallet to receive the coins? E.g., used BCH wallet to receive BTC?)

You state that you won the coins. Are you certain the company and winnings were genuine?
