BitRacks is a Windows bitcoin client, based off of bitcoinj. It allows you to maintain a wallet as well as send and recieve transactions. It also allows for scheduled sending of bitcoin aswell as other random but useful features.

This is a portable client and was made to simply allow for sending and receiving on the go.
