Risk of sending BTC to BCH address

If I choose a BTC wallet and klick "Send", and then scan a BCH QR code (even a BCH CashAddress), then the Bitcoin.com wallet seems happy to be sending BTC to that BCH address. I would imagine that it is an easy software fix to warn people if they are about to send BTC payments to a BCH address, at least if it's a CashAddress starting with a q? Especially for newbies, we want there to be as few opportunities for mistakes as possible.

Thanks for letting us know about the amount of risk involved in sending bitcoins to bitcoins cash. As their is very low chance of any type of risk, people wont hesitate sending bitcoins to bitcoins cash after reading this article. Softwares are also same which is another reason of low risk
