The only reason Bitcoin Core & Blockstream.com do not want to raise the blocksize is because their goal in the end is to steal your Bitcoin.

They are already stealing small amounts of your Bitcoin from a spam attack on our nodes that caused a fee-market. Before these attacks, Bitcoin transactions were free.

These are professional scammers and cons, do not use Bitcoin Core, Lightning or Segwit.

As for fees on transactions, these will become free again over time.

Miners are already paid rewards for mining your transactions. Any excuse of "it's for security" or any other explanation, is just a scam.

What can you do to help? Contact your country's securities (markets) regulators and file a complaint against Blockstream. They are committing international fraud.

I think this is the last thing any of us should do.
Bitcoin is all about solving problems using math at the protocol level.
We don't need politicians and regulators to "help" us with this.

Blockstream employees have publicly said, "we want Bitcoin controlled by governments and banks", since this is the goal, they adhere to their own laws they are breaking.

Their greed comes with consequences.

I think the problem with that approach is that it will likely have negative consequences for Bitcoin as a whole, potentially stifling innovation as a result and negatively impacting all of us rather than just Blockstream.

Then Blockstream shouldn't be saying "we want Bitcoin controlled by governments and banks".

Do you see the irony here?

"Let's attack peoples servers, let's steal peoples fees, let's manipulate the market and then work with governments and banks."

It sounds as crazy as it's being played!

Definitely not fud, this is from a Blockstream director:

"I suggest it is better for all of us if it falls in the hands of the banks."

"bitcoin as a scaled currency, no banks would not like that. Bitcoin as a settlement system, with transactional scarcity, I think you will find that banks find it irresistible."

What? How is /u/pokertravis in any way related to Blockstream? As far as I know, he doesn't have anything to do with Blockstream.

Then I would suggest you conduct research and exploit your targets.

without some clear evidence your allegations are baseless. i guess some (maybe all) devs which work on bitcoin are extreme anti-goverment / anti-bank ("cypherpunks") people and you are impling the direct opposite.

and thanks for the baseless downvotes iFixBTCmemoryIssues

Bitcoin needs technical solutions that rely on cryptography without trust, not paperwork and arbitrary dictators. Even if Blockstream was "outsted" by some regulatory action you would likely now have an even shadier organization operating Bitcoin.

I've been asked to provide a link to confirm my allegations which I have provided.

I was not asked to reveal my source.

As for the downvote, I believe it is the first downvote I have given you out of dozens of upvotes.

Agreed on the technical solutions that rely on cryptography without trust. Our main problem has been development that can be coerced. I really don't know how to fix this yet.

In regards to Blockstream being ousted, I know that besides regulatory action, there are many other ways people are working to remove them from Bitcoin. They are the worst organization you can have involved in Bitcoin. The reason why I've said regulatory action is a way for white-collar citizens to go is because it is. It will help ensure they are not able to come back and do more damage. The firm funding Blockstream abides by US securities regulations. I did not make these rules.

Why does satoshi's opinion matter? Lets do whats best for bitcoin and not use arguments from authority. Arguments and proposal should be made from facts and reason.

Why do a bunch of scammers opinions matter? They don't. Your company (blockstream.com) is riddled with scammers who have a long public history of theft. Do you think these are the best people to have involved in the direction of Bitcoin? No.

"We should trust the advice of Satoshi's enemy, Adam Back" - as stupid as that sounds, it's what you are saying. Adam Back has been nothing but a scamming loser in life. I know people that know him and he has done some real serious stuff against victims in the past.

Nobody is willing to listen to reason from: attackers, theives, scammers, hard drug addicts and just plain crazy people.

I can't even begin to tell you the frustration you have caused upon some very powerful people.

When I said gangbang, you will see what I mean, enjoy :)
