biterial.com are scammers. They stole my Btc. They do it like this: you pay him bitcoins, Btc are held in escrow (as if). Then Btc buyer ask you to send your Paypal email and then you will receive 2 transaction from different persons as if you sold ebay items. Then allegedly buyer will open dispute for refund transaction. You are forced to cash back, because paypal will held account access limited. When I ask site support to refund my Btc from escrow they demanded send him video of my Paypal: 1.login to paypal 2.check history 3. dispute details to make replacement
. After some time they release escrow without my consent.
We are sorry for trouble, but it was not like that. Seller sent you the item, but you wrote that item is refunded, so we need proof to refund btc. If not, everyone can tell that item is destroyed and in that way we would become bancruts. Also the seller needed proof of your chargeback to approve dispute and give you replacement or full refund. Moderator of biterial wrote to you, but you told him you can only give screen (it can be photoshopped), and you didn't gave proof for 1 month, just making excuses in every message.
