I need help please. i am so lost. i purchased 100.00 worth of bitcoin, i was purchasing something that only accepted it, then my money went to blockdozer and i dont know what to do from here. please help.

Hi denise,

Blockdozer is, among other services, a block explorer. When you look up your bitcoin address by using the Blockdozer explorer it shows the balance and previous transactions. Blockdozer is not your bitcoin wallet.

By the wording of your post it's not 100% clear (to me at least) what you're describing. Either of following might be applicable or helpful in resolving your issue:

1. Are you saying that you were purchasing bitcoins and have not received them? If so, where (what site) were you using to buy bitcoins? If it was https://buy.bitcoin.com the service there is provided by Simplex.com and you'd have to contact their support team at support@simplex.com

2. If you were sending bitcoins to a company, to pay for something as you mentioned, please contact them to inquire if they have received the bitcoins. If they have not, you might have sent Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to a Bitcoin Core (BTC) payment address (or maybe vice-versa). If that's the case, you could let the company (the one you sent bitcoins to) know that's what happened. They may (or may not) be able, or willing, to recover the coins for you.

hello thank you so much for your reply i am sorry i didnt explain it very well. i purchased 112.00 worth of bitcoin on oct 29th . i sent 52.00 to someone for a purchase and then i sent 49.00 to my wallet it was thru Simplex. i then followed a link Simplex gave 9it and seen both of my transactions in bulldozer explorer but i cant get them out of there. im sorry i should of never done it without knowing what im doing. if i could sent you the links etc, could you help me just this one time . What wallet app are you using? For example, if you're using the Bitcoin.com wallet application please consult out FAQ:
