Everything is on the title until now everyday at 6 am UTC i receveid payout. but not today. any idea why ?

Sounds like this was in regard to payouts from the Bitcoin.com mining pool.You can close ticket just received now at 7:20 UTC Time.
There may have been some unscheduled maintenance going on. Happy to read that your payout was received shortly thereafter.
