Yes, if the funds were sent out of your wallet then the transaction would be on the Blockchain, you can check the address here: https://explorer.bitcoin.com

Are your funds suddenly missing from your wallet or is there a transaction listed in your recent transactions?

If someone has your private keys and transfer btc they still be able to show in blockchain

Use blockchain explorer to track and report to the police. My daugter's coins have been stolen, but police have found criminals and she got them back.
I don't know, maybe you have another situation. But try anyway.
