my friend wants to sell his rig because he had no time to spend on it.

-Is the rig good enough to turn a profit?
-What coin should I mine with this current hardware (BTC-ETH-Monero etc)
-Did you have any good results with it?
-Will it last long? The cards havnt been overclocked (yet
