Bithumb promotions for foreigners

Bithumb seems to have taken a very pro-foreigner stance. They're having crazy promotions for their foreign members. Do you think it is safe, and sensible for a non-korean to use Bithumb?

i'm a little vary of korean exchanges after i heard about foreigners having trouble withdrawing their investments.

Bithumb has been doing some good promotions for foriegn members lately. As to the above comment, a foriegnor should have no issues withdrawing as long as they have a Korean bank account and have completed a level 2 verification on Bithumb.

I use Bithumb and they have some pretty hardcore security checks in place for foreigners. It's quite annoying at times but the checks are there. But the event this month seems far above my credit limit lol. But Bithumb seems to have a new event every month. Last month the event they had saved me a good chunk of cash.
