missing bitcoin transaction but confirmed delivery

I have sent via my wallet BHC which is showing up on blockchain as confirmed and sent to receiving wallet no idea where my money has gone sent to correct address in both cases below but have not been received at other end, in both cases the receiver has said they ave not received BCH would you please help me recover both the below transaction as first time using wallet and need help thanks my wallet legacy address is : 12Ka91ZPCEzTqKFgZcAeb8aPWnjKCMNu9D

5902e26a67912b6c436685b7d85b3b1f00be0d49e5d8566b08831c8e4aa0faf0 sent to dream site store but moderators there not responding to request to return for me they appear on the forum to be just taking transactions and no response from admin when supplied with proof they just ban you from the forum after further investigation the site is scamming thousands of users of their cash with no admin response they are using verified links and just stealing coin I have no idea how to recover this and accept that but there are hundreds daily that are having their coins taken if this is how it looks just plain old stealing in my eyes how would I be able to advise other to not get their currency stolen by them this obviously must be giving you a headache as they are advertising your bitcoin all over the site

Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing at dream market. I'm sorry, cannot be of too much help but did find and article from a few months about sites outages and lost bitcoins at their market.
