Poll: Has segwit been released yet?

This seems important in regards to the HK agreement that promised segwit would be released in April.
Does a pull request count as having been released?

Of course it hasn't. A release is final downloadable complied code not some pull request or patch.

The delays do not sit well with me and so I will not advise any of my clients to implement it.
