Scale.cash test

I tested scale.cash

0.10 BCH generated 4600 tx, I thought it should have been 10x that amount@ $0.002/tx. Did I do something wrong?

Also watching stats on txstreet.com. It looked like tx/sec maxed out at 4.17 tx/sec. It stayed like that for two blocks. Is there a limit with scale.cash, limit with my browser OR the BCH network?
