not reciving my bitcoins

havent recived my bitcoins and i bin trying to setup posts and sending a message to the suport team ... i used 70 euros worth of bit coins but havent seen anything to it and am kinda getting mad becuse i used moeny on something that soon looks like a scam site

i even checked my adresses that i still havent gotten anything on them and i havent used any other adresses beside one other one but i cant find that one that was on 100 euros ..... but second time was one 70 euros and it was one of the adresses that i have on the downloaded wallet i got from this site ... but there is nothing there ... any way to check this on where i put them .. maybe some tips on how i can get it back or anything i mean i list a total of 180 euros give or take and its kinda bad because it was all the money that i had

2. What wallet are you using?

3. Where did you contact support at?

i bought the bitcoins from this site bitcoin.com ... i downloaded the wallet from bitcoin.com ... i contacted support via email after i looked through this site i found a way to contact bitcoin.com through email as that was the easiest i thought then i found out i get answers faster on the forum
