Thanks, i can see that you sent Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to this address.
https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/addres ... 2dMcBmrvXF

If the receiver cannot see these funds in their wallet, then they may have provided you with a Bitcoin Core (BTC) address.

Did the receiver ask you to send BCH or BTC to their address?

BCH can be recovered from a BTC address, but this can only be done from the receivers end.

I recommend that you contact the receiver, and explain the situation (you sent BCH to their BTC address)
If they do not know how to recover the BCH, then they will need to contact the support team of their wallet provider.

Meh, that’s sad. Firstly, remember the main thing: double-check or even triple-check all info related to transaction. Be sure that you inputted correct addresses and got correct currency. Really, blockchain is almost irreversible system, so you can’t return wrong transaction. As for the current situation, please, contact support of Bitcoin.com and talk with the receiver again. I really can’t imagine how BTC and BCH can be exchanged after the transaction is done… Hope, this issue will teach you. And good luck with the case.
