SurBitcoin is a bitcoin exchange based in Venezuela that allows Venezuelans to buy and sell bitcoins online with the nation’s local fiat currency, the Bolivar (VEF). In the past few weeks, there have been several people on social media expressing frustrations that they have been unable to withdraw their funds from the exchange, raising concerns that something odd is happening with the exchange.
