[center][bApptrade ICO: Important Information For Holders[/b]

On February 2, 2017, OpenLedger ApS has launched a tokens offering for the Apptrade project, according to an ICO agreement between OpenLedger ApS and Apptrade.

Apptrade ICO results
The minimum amount of US$1 million was not raised. OpenLedger ApS continued the AppTrade offering by amending the offer to include a 50% bonus in APPX.WARRANT tokens in addition to 1 OBITS.WARRANT for every $1.00 in APPX.WARRANT purchased. This amended offer remained open until May 31, 2017.

Following these offerings, due to the fact that the minimum threshold has not been met, all the offering proceeds will be returned to the holders, according to the ICO agreement. All the offering activity related to APPX.WARRANT is deemed terminated.

APPX.WARRANT refund procedures
The record date and time for the refund calculation shall be 1:00 PM (GMT+2) on July 31, 2018, when all accounts holding APPX.WARRANT tokens will be credited with 1.0 BitUSD per 1,5 APPX.WARRANT token, and all APPX.WARRANT tokens will revert to OpenLedger ApS for cancellation (the tokens will be burned). From that point onward no APPX.WARRANT tokens will be in circulation and none will exist for exchange between any party.

No action is required from APPX.WARRANT holders. The calculated amount of BitUSD will be transferred to each applicable account without the need for any approval or confirmation by individual account holders.*

If you have some APPX.WARRANT in orders – be ready to get them back to your account before the refund date and time! APPX.WARRANT in orders will not be credited.

Note that OpenLedger will use its own funds to settle the APPX.WARRANT refund. Therefore, by accepting the funds from OpenLedger ApS, you agree to assign the funds in the escrow to OpenLedger ApS in lieu of payment from escrow.

As you know, we are constantly working on enhancing the look and feel of our decentralized trading platform. Meet three new improvements on OpenLedger.io :
*Striving to make sure that our users never miss an update from our team, we added colored bars with news at the top of the website, right under the address bar. The most important updates are colored red, those of medium importance have an orange color, and low-importance news and updates are green.


*Two new buttons on the transaction popup: Confirm and Cancel. Acting as a reminder, the first button gives you a chance to double-check addresses and the amount you entered before sending your funds. To cancel the transaction, simply hit the ‘Cancel’ button.


*We also fixed some technical issues on the dashboard panel to make it work smoothly.

* We transferred the required amount of BitUSD from openledger account to each account that was holding APPX.WARRANT tokens. The amount of BitUSD to transfer was calculated as 0,66666666 BitUSD for each 1 APPX.WARRANT.
* We burned all the APPX.WARRANT tokens available on the openledger account on July, 31.

APPX.WARRANT in orders [Important]
If you still have the APPX.WARRANT tokens in orders, please get them back to your account and create a support ticket! APPX.WARRANT tokens in orders weren’t credited. We are waiting until the users cancel the orders to credit the rest of the APPX.WARRANT, burn them as well and destroy the token completely.

As we have received numerous suggestions on this subject from the community and because of the current market liquidity situation, we’re proposing a vote on the new OBITS buyback and distribution policy.

Buyback & Burn of the OBITS tokens on dedicated tokens markets
In October 2018 and every month from then on, we will gather assets from the dedicated profit centers (vesting fees, market fees, and so on) in native assets, as we did before.

On the second day of each month, we will place an OBITS Buyback order. The price of the placed order will be calculated based on the previous month’s median value of the market price.

If the order is not closed till the end of the month, it will be canceled, and the remained assets will be put into the new order. All the bought-back OBITS will be burned.

The voting starts on September 5th, 2018.

The voting runs until October 1st, 2018, 13:00 CET.

* To ensure an accurate voting procedure, we will take a snapshot of OBITS holders accounts on 15:00 CET, September 4th, 2018.
* OpenLedger will create a new voting asset, the OBITS.VOTING token, in the amount of OBITS supply shown in the snapshot.
* On September 5th, every OBITS token holder will receive an incoming payment of OBITS.VOTING tokens, matching the number of OBITS they own. In the memo field, you will find the conditions of the voting procedure.
* To express your opinion, please send the OBITS.VOTING tokens to the following accounts:
obits.option1 – if you wish to accept the above-mentioned Market Maker Buyback proposal.
obits.option2 – if you wish to leave the current procedures as is.

This September, OpenLedger will join 1,500 startups, over 250 investors and more than 4,000 attendees at Copenhagen’s TechBBQ in Øksnehallen.

Our CEO, Ronny Boesing, will be there, as will business development manager Martin Crillesen and event manager Desiree Falter.

Copenhagen’s Øksnehallen will play host to a two-day international tech startup summit, for and by the startup community. Participants from across the world will come to speak, hear, and network with startups, Nordic and European VCs and angel investors, and potential customers.

Startups in attendance won’t be restricted to blockchain either: there are AI, IoT, fintech, cleantech and 3D printing startups among the 1000+ founders out on the floor and on the event’s four stages.

Ronny, Martin and Desiree are excited to meet fellow startups, as well as investors and participants, and introduce the ideas behind OpenLedger to new people.

In July, we have announced OpenLedger rebranding and the list of activities we have been planning regarding this change.

Today, the team presents a new OpenLedger website. Openledger.info has been revamped completely: the look-and-feel has been changed to comply with the new brand identity. What is more, the content now clearly represents who we are and what we do as a company, plus we made sure we’re showcasing our projects, products and services in a clear and compelling way.

[center]REALITY Tokens: Important Update For Holders

GetGame status update
Our team developed the prototype, tested it, and realized that the market had significantly changed. We want this project to bring value to the BitShares community by providing a new and in-demand service to attract more people to BitShares. That’s why we are working on rebuilding one of the platform’s core features, removing the unnecessary functionality, and providing users with a more sophisticated solution.

It means that the GetGame platform will not be launched in the nearest future, as the development process has changed its direction.

As some of the REALITY tokens were sold to the market, we’re convinced it’s necessary to inform our investors about the changes and to provide them with the options to stay in the project, or to leave.

REALITY tokens buyback program
For those investors who don’t agree with the changes announced above and choose to quit the project, we’re offering a buyback opportunity.

OpenLedger will be placing REALITY buyback orders from the getgame account. The orders will be based on the price of 0,6667 BitUSD for 1 REALITY, which was the initial price of the token.

The amount of BitUSD to be placed in each order will be determined by OpenLedger, as well as the day of the order placement.

On September, 20th, we will place the first buyback order. The following orders will be placed without any preliminary announcements, to prevent the speculation.

* If there is no relevant price feed from those markets on OL, the price feed will be taken from coinsmarketcap.com.
* If there is no relevant price feed from coinsmarketcap.com, the order for the dedicated market will not be placed, and the collected amount of ASSET will be held until the next month distribution.
