Hi, can confirm we had had an outage in the last 24-hours. It has been resolved. Please check https://status.coinjar.com/ if you encounter an issue.

Thanks.

Thanks for the update mate.
I was not at my computer so could not email you about it.

I posted here and BitcoinXio directed my to the same link.

Luckily it was not an urgent transfer this time so no harm done.

The transfer from my coinjar bitcoin account to swipe card also has seemed to take longer the last few days, normally i would have it available on the card to spend within 20min but lately it has been taking an hour or 2.
Any known reasons for this happening?

No known issues or reports so far. We've just tested it internally and balances were updated after 1-2 minutes. Please email support with details of the transaction if you believe you're still facing problems. Thanks for letting us know.

All transfers to my swipe card never used to take more than 20min but the last few i have had to wait about an hour.

I will email Adrian about it now, thanks.

Is Coinjar having problems again?
Trying to log into my account and keep geeting a message of " unfortunately coinjar has stopped " when using the app and receving a blank screen with "We're sorry, but something went wrong" when trying to login to webpage from browser.

Edit: Problem looks to be fixed now, login is working again.

It's not working for me. Whenever I try to make a withdrawal it says an internal error has occurred. Anyone else having this problem?

Do not have much on there but hope it's just a temporary thing.

Just thought it best to advise any users of Coinjar that their support has slipped to a level of almost nonexistence. This is a bad look and often when support starts to slip it is a good sign that the company is not running well anymore.

Coinjar used to have great customer service but that is no longer the case, probably 9 out of every 10 support emails i send to them go unanswered now, not a good look at all!

I never keep much BTC with them because they are an online wallet and you never store much online if you are smart but i do have a Coinjar debit card that i use regularly and have to keep some funds on my account to top up the card when needed but after not receiving any response from them for days if ever i will now be looking for another company to deal with and i recommend other users do the same if they are experiencing the same support problems.

It's a shame because they were a great company for years allowing Australians easy access to bitcoin but with no support anymore the company will not survive long.
