FSA Planning to Alter Japanese Cryptocurrency Regulations

Japanese Financial Services Agency is now planning to regulate cryptocurrency exchange under a different law.

Its good to keep track of the regulations but constantly changing the rules will create some doubt in the mind of the people. The authorities need to sit down and come up with a thorough rulings. What do you guys think? How will it affect the people?
