I had an issue with my recent wallet transfer. It says that it has been confirmed but is not reflecting in my other wallet. Tried contacting them first and they said to send my inquiry on your end. They said that I don' t have any pending receive transaction in my wallet there. Where is my funds?

Are you using a Bitcoin.com wallet?

If so, please have a look at the Bitcoin.com Wallet FAQ: https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com

I'm not sure, based on the details you've provided, but you might (again, I don't really know) have used a Bitcoin Cash (BCH) address to a receive Bitcoin (BTC). Please provide more details or have a look at linked FAQ.
