China the enemy or the friend?

I know this MIGHT sound silly, but in recent times China has caused plenty of headaches for the whole industry because of the steps taken by their government around the Crypto world. But in recent days, there are a lot of positive that we have heard about, with the 17th China Internet Conference, there are a lot of positive discussion made there with people acknowledging the Blockchain technology and how useful it can be. So, with such stuff there is a lot that says China is SLOWLY but surely turning into Crypto friendly.
