Doubtful this will make any real impact in the short term. This might change, however, if FB does indeed acquire coinbase in the future. Many will see a huge corporation coming into the space as the end of decentralization but others will be happy regardless due to the potential mass adoption implications. Interesting to see how this plays out...

Facebook has made the right decision. Cryptocurrency is a promising thing which has high potential. I don't know what are the dynamics behind the whole process. Please share your views on the entire debacle in the comment section.
