Sorry to hear you have made a mistake with your funds. In this case your best course of action would be to contact the "remitano" support team and ask them if they have a recovery process. You can recover BCH sent to a BTC wallet if you own the private keys to that wallet, but I know a lot of exchanges do not give you access to your keys. Best of luck recovering your BCH.
